Editor’s Buy Of The Day

I’m always buying on thing or another, be it moisturizer, nail polish, an outfit or makeup, but my favorite buys today are the following:

lush scrub
DARK ANGELS Cleanser $12.95 (Lush)

Velvety black sugar cleanser

Black sugar and charcoal gently exfoliate and absorb excess oils to leave dull, oily or acne-prone skin feeling fresh and matte. Even oily skin can be sensitive, so we’ve made this one soft and soothing to calm redness and irritation, too. Its rhassoul mud base deep-cleanses to help prevent breakouts while vitamin rich cold-pressed organic avocado oil nourishes skin to leave it soft and lightly hydrated. Use all over for perfectly smooth, bright skin. An angel indeed!

Features

  • Ideal for young skin: Dark Angels is lovely for those experiencing excess oil and blemishes.
  • Liven up: The gentle exfoliation of black sugar will smooth and brighten up the skin.
  • Best used fresh: Our cleanser rolls are preservative-free, so be sure to use it up by the best before date on your pot!

Review

I tried this lovely scrub on my hand in the store and I fell in love immediately.  I have been using the Philosophy microdelivery in-home vitamin C peptide peel which costs about $70 and I believe is worth every penny, but this is truly an amazing (cheaper) alternative. I will try it in the morning and let you all know how it feels/works.

MGT907

During the summer time, I always switch from select cover-up MAC concealer to the pro longwear concealer because it provides just as much coverage but is really light weight and ideal for really hot weather.
