Modest Fitness with Abdiya

Abdiya Iman has created a motivational modest fitness routine for Muslimahs worldwide called, Modest Fitness Week, with a challenge entitled “Me2Her.” She recognized and could relate to the desire to be healthy and fit, but the commitment or lack thereof to a fitness routine. During Ramadan, we often make a pact with Allah to fast 30 days, sunrise to sunset each day, give food and money to the poor as well as read lots and lots of Qur’an (some even vow to finish reading the whole Qur’an by the end of Ramadan and NO, reading Surah Ikhlaas three times does not count).
